Besides the price of the package and the hardware what else is on Bell's bill?
For example on Rogers's there is a "Digital services fee" ($2.99) and an "Extra outlet fee" ($6.99) which they told me it's normal, even if I have only one outlet.
 
Here's mine. I own all of my equipment and I'm not on a contract.

1 US Timeshifting $1.00
1 Digital Service Fee $3.00
1 Digital Standard and 1 Theme $40.00
Total Monthly charges (before taxes) $44.00

I have the US timeshifting because during football season it often allows me to see a west coast game that's different than the American East network feeds.
 
It partly depends on when you signed your contract (or agreed to a package) and which package you have. The charges above represent the current scenarios, but there are a number of grandfathered packages that would have different or additional costs.
