My family just got a bill for almost $1,500 and a bill in the same envelope for a 300+ deactivation fee.
One: We never activated the phones we sent them back.
Two: Their is no explanation as to where almost $1,500 in charges came from.
Three: My father called them a month ago and told them to cancel.
Like what the hell is going on, how do you get almost $1,500 in charges for cellphones we don't even own.
The price of the phones were $25 each, to end the contract over $300 and it doesn't give a reason for the almost $1,500 dollar bill on top of the contract.
