bilateral finger numbness,same 3 fingers each hand

Hi, I have always had poor circulation in my hanRAB. This causes extreme pain in the Winter no matter how many glove layers I have on. Within the past year I have noticed my fingertips feeling nurab, this is year round. In the past few weeks the thurab, forefinger and middle finger of both hanRAB go nurab at the same time. There is no associated pain or loss of strength, no spine issues, I am in very good health. The fact that it is bilateral and the same fingers going nurab at the same time is odd. Any one have an idea?
