Biking to Lose Weight?

All Right!! I wanna lose weight fast! I Bike an hour a day and I eat very little. Will this cause me to lose weight?
 
no eat healthy but the same ammount when u eat less your body holds onto the fat that youve eaten b/c there isnt enough food intake also jog and speed walk is better but bike is good to but id recomend jogging and speed walking more but dont jjog to much then you mess up your knees
 
you can go on a liquid diet and walk 2 hours each day. 1 hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. this is very succesfull. you will lose 35 pounds in 14 days and you will loose 40 to 60 pounds in one month. it is hard though because you can only drink liquids and not eat at all.
