biking riding see results?

im a 19 year old girl i weight 59 kg and i have a pear shaped body so it obvious that my thighs butt and calves are bigger than the rest of my body on december im going to QLD for a holiday i started riding my bike everyday for 1 hour and eat 3 times a day and drink plently of water and im also drinking at tea that i found in a asian shop that says it will help me reduce body fat. If i do this everyday will my lower body be thinner i know i cant choose where to lose body fat but i can at least try.
