there is this street in my neighborhood and it is the average size street-actually a little longer than most. it goes downhill. i was wondering if i continously woke up every day at 7:30, ride my bike up and down the hill on the highest gear setting on my bike, for at least 4 days a week would it be good exercise for losing abdominal fat? because, at least to me, it feels like im working my arms, and legs while doing this, so isnt it like im doing resistance and cardio at the same time? im a guy i weigh 160 and i naturally drink a lot of water; i always have. and i eat fruits and vegetables almost daily. oh yea and could iced tea take the place of water? i mean is it just as good?

Biking will help towards the weight loss, its a start but it alone wont get you where you want to be, you need to go further then just your street, each morning i get up at 5 am, and i ride a 11 mile trip, almost all up hill in a big circle until i reach my home again an hour later, i then rest and prepare for some weight lifting in my home gym. so far so good, you might want to invest in some weights.
