biking? help pleaseeeee.?

Hi, so I'm trying to tone my thighs so I'm going to start biking everyday.
I was just wondering how long do i bike for? ( like how many miles, etc.)
Also do i do it twice a day, once a day. or what else can I do.
And one more thing..., how fast do you think my thighs would tone up if I do this? thanks
and I'm 14 if that has anything to do with it (:
