if i were to bike for an hour in a day
how many times a week should i go, to see a difference in my legs in about 4-5 months
i definately need to get them in shape.
and when i say an hour thats approx, i will prolly go longer just i need an approx of how many times a week i should go
( this is not including walking or any other kind of excersizing i would/might be doing as well)
