M Mike New member Jun 17, 2009 #1 Ya, I want to bike 10 miles at about (14mph) 3 times per day. I know I can do it once at that pace because i've donee it before. Do you think iwill be able to keep this up for say 3 or 4 weeks or will my legs burn out and stop working?
