Im going to be biking 12.8 miles 4 days a week from home to school. There's some good hills and based on a 1000 calorie a day diet, will this be sufficient exercise per week to help me rapidly lose weight?
I can do it in about an hour to an hour and a half, im 5'11 190lbs, i would like to soon be 140lbs-160lbs
