Bike's SPEED LOCK SWITCH that sits on one of the forks on my bike has fallen off!!?

Please please please can someone tell me what these switches are called as i cant seem to find them on the internet.

And also where can I buy them from?

Perhaps they are classed under "bike parts"? I dont know :s
