biked 5 miles...no sweating!?

hmm haven't went to the gym in about a month. I finally went today...I'll admit, I havent drunken a lot of fluids. Being that I didn't sweat during 5 mi bike(20min) and a light 1 mile walk, and a few leg weight reps...should I hydrate for a day or two before returning to gym?

also noticed skin itcyness from body temp change
