I have a 21 speed bike I use to commute.
On Sunday I got a tack in my rear tire, had to change the tube. Put everything back the way it was, however today (the first time I rode this bike since I changed the tube) my gears won't go past the "4" on the right hand side gear.
There is quite a bit of slack in the gear cable on the tube area of the bike.
