i'm about 5'8" to about 5'9", so what would the ideal bike wheel circumference be? also, where's a good place (besides craigslist) to find a used, but in good condition bike?
You don't go wheel size you go by the frame size and that depends on what bike you want and your inseam. For a mountain bike you want a frame that is 59% of your actual inseam. Use 65% for a hybrid, commuter or road bike.
