bike stuck in neutral?

just went to go out on my bike and i can not get it out of neutral any ideas whats wrong??
Its a 97 honda cb500. I can not get it to go down into 1st but it will go into 5th and thats it but it does not like being in 5th.
 
shift fork bent...
clutch not disengaging...


that's all i can come up with on such a brief question.

how in the heck to you get to 5th?

do you understand the shift pattern?

so 2, 3, 4, and 5 work, but not 1?
