900cc bike..
When you press the starter, it sort of turns half way then stops.... just like if the battery was flat...
however, the battery is NOT flat, and amps are good also...
you can turn the engine over by hand..
all seems normal...
the starter is a constant mesh...so it doesn't pop out then spin, it just spins as s
