I've recently moved to an area with beautiful outdoor trails all over. My husband and I like to bike ride from our house to the trails and such, but the last time we went, my toosh couldn't take it! We only went about 10 miles, but I was way too sore after. I even have one of those gel seats on top of a decently soft seat. We're looking to possibly get a decent bike for me by the spring/summer next year, because I just have one of those cheapy mountain bikes with non disc brakes and gears that always fail. Is there some kind of seat we should be on the look-out for? Are there different shapes or something that would be more comfortable for a female rider or anything like that?
Bike seat that is comfy for a woman?
