Bike seat just WON'T budge, Can anyone provide a solution to get lowered!?

Hi,

I have a bike, which has a seat, which is currently raised very high.

It is a quick release seat, the quick release is loosened, however the seat just won't budge!


It is an old bike and has rusted, have tried: Heating it, used stilsons, whacked it, CRC, and still no luck....



Anyone have a genius idea that will work? PLEEASE!
