Alrighty, so I am planning on losing that extra weight I have been carrying for a while now. I am currently 190, but I would like to get back to my previous weight of 130.
So, for the question. The other day I did a 16ish mile bike ride (going down to a park and back), going under 10mph. I peg my speed at about 6mph if that helps. A few hills, and the higher gears.
What I am wondering is if the bike ride is worth it, when it comes to weight loss. Some people have told me that it will only target my legs, and possibly lower abs. Then again, some people told me it will target my legs, but will cause me to lose weight slowly everywhere.
So, where will this bike ride hit me at? Legs, everywhere...nowhere?
And yes, I understand about the diet I need to do, and what not.
