which one do you think is better for weight loss? Me and my gf are looking to lose some weight and we have been going on bike rides..at about 5 miles or more. I can go for long runs but she definetly can't go as long as I can, also I have a old football knee injury that starts hurting when I run alot on pavement..just looking for what you guys think is the best option..btw im about 260 and 6 ft
