I used to love bike riding, and since i've gained a bunch of weight I haven't done it. I have a few sub-questions...
1.) Is bicycling a good weight loss activity?
2.) Can someone who is 350+ lbs safely bike?
3.) What kind of bike should I get? I live in a small town near a dirt road and would be biking on both dirt and asphalt. Do I need a certain kind of bike for this? Where can I find it and how much should I expect to spend?
4.) What else do I need to being biking again? This won't be any kind of long distance biking, at least not at first.
Oh and #5.) What kind of seat do I need for my bike? Should I get a big gel seat?
And I should also say I don't have thousands of dollars to spend on a bike, either.
