bike riding and suchhh!?

so me and my friend have been bike riding about 3 times a week for about 3 weeks now, and whenever we bike ride we bike around 3 to 5 miles.
i haven't noticed a weight loss like in numbers but i have noticed my body slimming down some. i'm thinking i'm just gaining muscle or tonning up some which is what i want.
what do you think?
 
Sounds like you're exchanging fat cells for muscle cells! Keep up the good work! Muscle cells burn more calories than fat cells when it comes to resting metabolism. Good for you!!
