Bike rides effect on fitness?

If I went on a 30 min bike ride up and down hills on 4-5 days per week, how much weight can i expect to lose per week?
 
Well, if you don't change your eating habits and amount you consume, you are looking at 2 1/2 hours of exercise a week which is minimum to maintain your body weight. Sorry, you will need to crank it up significantly such as 60 to 90 minutes 4 to 5 days a week to see any change. Keep it up though, it can't hurt.
