bike repair help with brakelines and brake cable?

I just destroyed Gyro and decided instead of going through replacing the gyro to place a brakeline and run it through the steel brake holds
but it works on and off its tightened I clamped it with a line cover but it slips out of this little screw clamp and will brake loosely
