Bike rack for the FRONT of your truck or SUV?

I was camping this spring and remember seeing a truck that had a front-mounted bike rack. I'm not finding much of anything, any suggestions? I have a 98 Isuzu Rodeo.

Also, if there is one made that can fit my SUV, will my grille/brush guard interfere with its installation?
