Bike Problem - PLEASE HELP?

i dont have a clue with bike right, but when i pedal fast its like its changing gear it clicks and i always hit my leg on the frame.. ANY SUGGESTIONS thankyouu

If you have derailleur gears they need adjustment. If you hit your leg on the frame then your leg needs adjustment.

I do adjust gentlemen's legs for a modest fee and I am available most Thursday evenings.
