Bike not starting after reattaching carb?

I have a 1980 Yamaha DT125, which was kinda beat up when I bought it. Yesterday, I made an attempt to remove the cylinder, but didn't have the tools when I finally got close enough. I did get the single carb off, so I cleaned the outside of it because it was layered in grime. When I put it back on, reattached the gas and oil lines, and kicked, the bike wouldn't start. Gas is getting to the carb, but oil's not making it.

What'd I break?
