I live in Sunnyvale California and am 13 years old. Can anyone tell me if I need a bike Helmet when I'm riding my bike. I ride my scooter all the time without a helmet and cops always go passing by but I've heard to many different things about on a bike. For that case tell me if the same goes for Mountain View since I live near the border between the two cities!
