Bike keeps dying and wont start?

My bike seems to lose charge in less than a week. I jump start it and take it for a long ride then it wont start a week later.

It wont fire or it stops trying to fire really quick and the battery starts clicking.

I tested the battery on the 20v setting on my multimeter and the reading was 11.9, This means the battery is charged right? Yet it wont even try to start now it has no juice left?

Any ideas

I know it could be the alternator, spark plugs or battery? Wher do i start
