i took out some bike insurance, the gearbox kept breaking down under warranty so Ive decided it sell it on, Ive made no claims. So Ive now asked to cancel it and they say that i have to pay a cancellation fee, i wasn't made aware of anything before this of any fee to cancel the bike, is this illegal?
