bike help!(extremly important)?

the bearing on my headtube broke
its still their but its all disombabulated and it still turns pretty good but a piece of the bearing is sticking out cuz it split
what happens if it completely shatters?
will i fall?
i have a competion tomorrow and im gunnna be jumping ramps.
i really need help!
i want to know iff ill fall

and what is the part called?
i just know it as bearing
 
You WILL NOT (OR BETTER NOT) be jumping even a curb with this problem or say hello to your doc! Unless you get it fixed you are out of this competition.... dont worry it wont be the end of the world!
