you can chose a style of frame from what is avail but you won't get a tru custom unless you have it built then you need min 10k. you need to decide what type of bike your lookin for; bmx, beach, road/race, generic mtn, jump, trials etc. then google it or come back here to find brand names and dealers or mailorder(on-line) dealers. as for paint you pick a color available or buy then take in to auto paint shop to custom paint.size go to a bike shop and get fitted properly as to style of bike you choose.
