bike accident i need help with my left leg!?

i went on a bike ride..and i was riding as fast as i could and i banged into my dads tire. and i did a front flip to the ground. i hurt my head hands n right leg is bleeding. my left leg has a little bit of rele tiney scratches but it hurts like heck to bend. theres a bump on it to. is there smething rong with my left leg?
i already put ice on it
 
um its possible but just put ice on your leg and keep it elevated if it doesnt feel better later go to a doctor.
 
Hard to say- but it appears you just have a monkey bump/charley horse bruise on the leg. Ice it...
