Biggest brat in animation

I would say Sarah from Ed, Edd N Eddy. She's such a brat I hate her quite a bit. At least Angelica was likeable to an extent sometimes, and wasn't always a brat.

Bart isn't as much of a brat as Lisa has become. She has actually become even more annoying when she doesn't get her way, and others don't follow her example.

Assuming out-and-out bullies (Vicky from Fairly OddParents, Shelly from South Park, etc.) don't count, my choice from the above was Montana Max---at least Angelica (and almost all the others) have a *trait* of redeemability to them, but not Monty....

And still feel Bart is way worse than Lisa, who's well-intentioned but can sometimes be a bit shrill, not to mention the futility of trying to improve life in a sitcom setting where by sitcom definition aboslutely nothing can change (or it'd "ruin the show"); the fact the Springfieldians are complete idiots, of course, makes Lisa's efforts all the more futile. Granted, this opinion's based on the 90's-era Simpsons episodes; have no idea what they're doing to Lisa and Bart nowadays...

For me it was between Bart Simpson and Eric Cartman...then I remmebered that Eric had his enemy's parents killed...then feed it too him >

That's easy, the most biggest brats in animation that are the most troublesome, in my opinion are:

Bebe's 3 kids(Bebe's Kids) - those 3 kids are dangerous little monsters which makes them the biggest brats of all time.
Bart Simpson(Simpsons)
Eric Cartman/Shelly/Trent(South Park)
Montana Max(Tiny Toon Adventures)
Shreeky(Care Bears)
Bratina(Pound Puppies) - she was such a rotten brat all the time.
Simon/Brittany(The Chipmunks) - Simon was always the biggest jerkoff on poor Alvin all the time.
D.W./Muffy(Arthur)
Dexter(Dexter's Laboratory)
Stewie(Family Guy)- he's the worst on bashing poor Brian for wanting his money.
Cootie Pie(Super Mario Bros.3)
Lu(Mike,Lu, & Og)
Billy(Family Dog)
Truman(The Xs)
Fenton(Home Movies)- he's the biggest spoiled brat of all bashing on his poor mother in the party ep.
Brandy(Brandy & Mr.Whiskers)
Darla Dimple(Cats Don't Dance)
Max(Pokemon)

They say without Cartman, South Park would've had bad ratings halfway through the 1st season (though I doubt it), so that reminds me of Kiss' A World Without Heroes:

A world without Cartman
is like a world without sun
you can't look up to anyone
without Cartman
and a world without Cartman
is like a never ending race
is like a time without a place
a pointless thing devoid of grace

Where you don't know what you're after
or if something's after you
and you don't know why you don't know
in a world without Cartman

In a world without dreams
things are no more than they seem
and a world without Cartman
is like a bird without wings
or a bell that never rings
just a sad and useless thing

Where you don't know what you're after
or if something's after you
and you don't know why you don't know

In a world without Cartman
there's nothing to be;
it's no place for me

True, but honestly, my first thought of a "brat" from FOP would be Timmy Turner himself. His obnoxious voice and constant demands for wishes that are obviously bad or dangerous just grate my nerves so much.

And definately Sarah from E,E,&E as well. Even though he's an idiot, Ed is an endlessly good-natured character and the way Sarah treats him is just disgusting.

I think that Princess Morbucks from The Powerpuff Girls can be pretty bratty, often asking her father for money and other stuff. In The Powerpuff Girls Christmas special, she's even listed on Santa's permanent naughty list!

Even though she's a brat, I still have to admit that she's a cutie pie. :D
