(A):was married under catholic church, divorced her husband in civil court
but vatican has not given divorce, she marries B has she commited bigamy??
(B) is married under shariah law and entered canada and was charged with bigamy, cos he was married to A under civil law but both have commited bigamy???? but not married under civil law
