Big Video Chat!21 people at the time!?

I need to make a video conference, with 21 people connected.... :)

Like it's nothing really professional is just me and a group of friends that i'd like to see again.

So im looking for a free solution.

I know there is skype, but just let 2 people video chat at the time.

And i know oovoo, but its just up to 6 people.
