I recently had a terrible debacle with a flasher that i bought a phone with. I'm not very good with what it takes to get these things running on this carrier.

Long story short I bought a Droid X from a shady character and it never worked properly. With some help from 2 Forum merabers here i was able to Flash my phone correctly get proper mms functionality and change my rom to somethign functionally perfect and get on the android plan no problems whatsoever. All things i paid 465 bucks to someone to get and these two gentleman were more then happy to help me with no charge at all, just helping a fellow phone lover out

So i would like to thank Whitey10tc and Manny1110 for taking the time out of thier busy lifes to help a stranger get on the right track.
 
glad its working as well. now don't flood our pm inbox! this is proof that with research and a little help along the way, anyone can do it.
 
Changing from rubix to darkslide was great. I love the blur elements and am glad that deleting the u2nl put me on the right track. Thanks again I appreciate a working phone more then you can imagine

So a week later now. Phones still working great. Not exibiting any of the issues i had from the previous flasher. Just a recap to thank these guys again as i feel forever in debt to them for the kindness bestowed upon me
