Big Problem!!!

About a year ago i was transferring files from my Nokia 6230 Memory card's memory to the phone memory. What happend was i got a corrupted file. I couldnt delete it:flamemad: . I restarted my nokia 6230 then i still clouldnt delete it. I tought forget about it. Now a year later because my brother wants my phone i need to delete it.

Is there anything that can format my whole fone

You can only do a soft reset on your 6230. Otherwise, you'd have to get its firmware flashed.

Do phone shops flash firmware. As my dad works in one

Depends on the shop, some do.

Bring it to a nokia centre and they will sort it out for ya.
