Big nose please help?

ok so the front if my nose looks normal but from a side view (90 degris) it looks really big so i try to atleast turn a little when talking to someone but my right side looks fine and the left looks a slight bigger what should i do, from a 1-10 on the bignose scale its probuly a 4.5
 
NO surgery. I have a quite big nose and it's not a big problem. Big nose is still cute
