i purchased a game from big fish could not get it to download. from the download it would start out ok then after 20,000 of the download it would reverse back to start. they game me a free coupon to get another game now the second game does the same thing need help please. been trying for three days to download and cannot do it. my cache is clean . my computer runs perfect. anyone can help me would be appreciated. how do i fix this. what can i do.where can i find a solution? BFG is not much help i did what they told me. where or how do i get this fixed. i have never had this problem before. and i have a lot of BFG games. could be it cause they had a fire recently?
