If the bang Theory really DID happen, and everything in the universe is slowly expanding. What would it be expanding from? Give a lot if detail, I'm very interested in this subject ;-)

Everything in the universe appears to be moving away from everything else. Think about it this way. Take a balloon before you blow it up and stick a few stickers on it. Then blow up the balloon. All the stickers look like they're moving away from each other. That's what the universe is like - everything is moving away from everything else in the expansion. But you're not expanding, and the galaxy doesn't seem to be, because local gravitational forces are stronger than the expansion forces.

It's expanding away from everything else

An easy is example is this:

Take a balloon and draw random dots all over it. As you blow up the balloon, the dots will appear to be moving away from each other. This gives you a picture of the expansion of the universe.

There is no "one place" where the universe began

We don't know anything for sure but in my astronomy class we watched a video that said something like all matter in the universe was once compacted into a particle the size of a grain of sand and for some reason that exploded and the universe has been expanding ever since.
