Big 1995 Dodge Neon problem.?

When you shift gears the whole engine moved up or down depending on which gear you shift into. Is this caused from a broken motor mount and can you continue to drive it this way or will it cause more damage? PLEASE any help is very much appreciated. Thank you.
 
a sadan will usually have 4 mount just find one to replace it or you and destroy the moter to transmission seal.........
