Vice President Biden seems to have added an actual binder into his campaign stump speech.

Biden brings it out when he refers to a story Mitt Romney told during the second presidential debate against President Obama in which Romney said he had compiled a binder full of potential female employees to fill positions in his administration when he was governor of Massachusetts.
Romney told the story in response to a question about how he would make sure women earn the same amount of money as men in the same professional position.
"He never answered [the question]," Biden said on Monday during a campaign speech in Canton, Ohio.
Biden then waved around a binder to emphasize his point. He said that Romney's binder story is an example of how out of touch the former Massachusetts governor is with women's issues.
"This guy is out of touch on the most fundamental issues," Biden said.
It wasn't the first time Biden took aim at Romney's remark. On Friday the vice president also pulled the binder while criticizing Romney. The inclusion of a binder is an escalation of Biden's rhetoric on attacking Romney over the story. Even before he started waving around the binder, Biden has made a point to attack Romney over the remark.
"And you heard [in] the debate last night when Gov. Romney was asked a direct question about equal pay [and] he started talking about binders," Biden said at another speech on Wednesday, the day after the second presidential debate. "Folks, the idea that he needed to ask where a qualified woman was — he just should've come to my house. He didn't need a binder."
