Bidding on a hud home with a list price of 200k, I have decided to place the BID at 197K have them pay the 3.5% closing cost (5800) and my realtor took a pay cut so the net bid for HUD would be 180K WHAT are the my chances of winning the bid - keep in mind that it is the holiday season and the bid closes tomorrow.
