T Tony New member Dec 1, 2009 #1 If a car stops in front of me, and I decide to steer to the right into the bike lane to get pass the car, but a bicyler is riding down that lane (even tho he shouldn't be), and crashes into me head on. Who's fault would it be? I live in California.
