A bicycle wheel, of radius 0.34 m and mass 3 kg (concentrated on the rim), is rotating at 4.16 rev/s. After 49 s the wheel comes to a stop because of friction. What is the magnitude of the average torque due to frictional forces?

I have tried like 6 different times and come up with different answers but none of which are right.
