Hey, I need help with a design. You know how some cars have those spinner hubcaps?, Well, I am trying to design something like that for a front bicycle wheel. What I want is an inner wheel that spins independently of the outer wheel. Also, I would like the rotation of the outer wheel to spin the inner wheel 5 times faster than the outer wheel. Can someone help me with the design to implement this?
