There was some vandalism to my bike, in attempt to remove my rear bicycle tire, I believe....
The rear brake lever was released.
The chain was off the sprocket.
The brake pads were loosened.
I believe that was it.
I know how to properly fix the previously listed. But my rear tire still will not rotate. It seems to be locked into place.
I have the proper tools. I would like to see if I can fix it myself before I literally drag the bicycle to the shop, and to save some money too.
Any thoughts?
