Does Anyone have any more detailed inforamtion of bicycle number plates in occupied France? I know bicycle, being the main form of transport due to fuel shortages etc. had to display numberplates - at least in Paris. There is a lot of photo evidence of this- colour ones show yellow and black letters. But was this the same for all of occupied france (and vichy as well I imagine)?
I am most interested in Normandy, does anyone have info on numbering/lettering- colour rules etc. etc. of different regions?
