S stickler New member Apr 3, 2012 #1 i have a 28in, 21speed bike,with regular curled handle bars that are fomed, with twist shift on them. I need a set up so i dont have to lean over all the time that puts pressure on my wrists and elbows.very painful for me. what can i do? im 6ft 1
